Including our Flagship 42-Minute Circut with daily changing workouts, and our HIIT BOX Boxing Circuit.

Our philosophy at Concept 42 is to provide a friendly & unintimidating atmosphere where you have fun whilst you workout in a motivating group environment.

42 Minute Circuits

Our 'Flagship' zone delivers over 160 different 42-minute classes for up to 21 people taught by experienced, supportive & highly motivating fitness experts.

Classes change every 12 hours to ensure maximum variety & to cover all aspects of your conditioning for a complete training experience.

Every circuit class in our Flagship Zone is 42 minutes -short enough to fit into your busy life... long enough to get exceptional results!
