Our club truly is for men & women of all ages & fitness levels.

42 Minute Circuits

Our 'Flagship' zone delivers over 160 different 42 minute classes for up to 21 people taught by experienced, supportive & highly motivating fitness experts.

Classes change every 12 hours to ensure maximum variety & to cover all aspects of your conditioning for a complete training experience.

Every class is 42 minutes -short enough to fit into your busy life... long enough to get exceptional results!
